Doctor Rachael Gordon, MVB 

Dr. Rachael Gordon was raised in New Jersey and is a graduate of Rutgers University. She attended the College of Veterinary Medicine in Dublin, Ireland and there received her Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (an equivalent to the U.S. DVM degree.) She managed her own veterinary hospital in Ireland and served on the board of the Veterinary Ireland Companion Animal Society. She has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 20 years and – along with cats and dogs – treats exotics and birds. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery, dentistry, reproductive medicine, and internal medicine.  Dr. Gordon is particularly involved with Portuguese Water Dogs; along with breeding, she also shows and does agility with her family of dogs. Her love of donkeys has lead to rescuing donkeys from less than ideal situations. In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding.
